How much is shipping?
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout,
based on your location and selected shipping method.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped out within 1–3 business days.
We do our best to ship the same day for in-stock items when possible.
Orders placed after Canada Post’s daily cutoff will ship the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
How long do pre-orders take?
Some items are available by pre-order or restock.
These pieces are sourced from our Korean partners and typically take 10–20 business days to process.
Occasional delays may happen due to fabric availability or supplier schedules.
We truly appreciate your patience — these pieces are worth the wait!
If you’re ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend taking this timing into account.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
In rare cases, our Korean partners may let us know about sudden stock issues due to material shortages or production changes.
We know this can be disappointing and will make sure you’re taken care of with care and clarity.
What if I bought two items with a discount, and one is out of stock?
If you purchased two new arrivals under our “Buy 2, Get 10% Off” promotion and one becomes unavailable,
the remaining item will be charged at its original price.
We’ll contact you first and support you through the next steps with care.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number.
You can click the link in the email to see real-time delivery updates.

Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We’re unable to estimate or control these fees, as they vary by country.
