How do I place an order?

Can I return or exchange an item?
All orders are final sale and non-returnable, except in the case of a verified defect or error.
If you received something damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your parcel — along with photos and an unboxing video.

How much is shipping?
We offer shipping across Vancouver, throughout Canada, and internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after Canada Post’s daily cutoff will ship the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
How long do pre-orders take?
Pre-order and restock items are sourced from Korea and typically require 10–20 business days to process.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend comparing the measurements in our size chart with your own clothing for the most accurate fit.
Please allow for a ±4cm variation due to fabric stretch and manual measuring.
